DGL Plus is a herbal support for the gastrointestinal tract. DGL Plus helps support body's natural defense mechanisms by stimulating mucous in the stomach's protective lining.‡

Each vegetarian capsule contains:

  • Deglycyrrhizinated licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) extract (root) 300 mg
  • Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis) extract (inner fillet) 50 mg
  • (Standardized to contain 10% polysaccharides)
  • Slippery elm (Ulmus fulva) powder (bark) 100 mg
  • Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) extract (root) 200 mg

Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), ascorbic palmitate

1 capsule daily, before a meal, or as directed by a health professional.

Not to be taken by pregnant or lactating women. At this time, there are no known side effects or precautions.

DGL licorice extracts do not contain glycyrrhizin and therefore are not associated with glycyrrhizin-containing licorice side effects.

Marshmallow and slippery elm may impair the absorption of other oral medications.
